I love studying anything I can get my hands on so I can be better at story-telling and drawing out my original or favorite characters from media! I like experimenting lots with drawing and doing daily art(usually painting) is my bread and butter.My main style is painterly, and my comic style is reserved for cutesy artworks. My specialty is character and environment art, usually a mixture of both. I love drawing foliages and cityscapes and delve into fantasy art as well, giving them ambience and mood is of utmost importance to me!

Terms of Service

Read Carefully before commissioning

By engaging in the commission, it is assumed that you have read the TOS and will adhere to it.

  1. We reserve the right to decline any commission orders without any explanation.

  2. We may decline an order if the project and/or character are something we cannot deliver well.

  3. We do not accept commissions with certain hardcore R-18 content and explicit offensive themes.

  4. Only participate in any transaction with us if you are over the age of 18, and are able to pay of your own ability (have your own PayPal account, credit card, etc.). We will not issue invoices to a different person other than the client unless discussed and agreed upon.

  5. You, as the client, guarantee that all provided materials that are core subjects of the commission are legally obtained and authorized by the copyright owner.

  6. You will only receive full resolution digital file/s of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.

  7. All works made by kanlamari are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency. We also do NOT authorize our work for use in artificial learning programs, such as those used to create computer-generated works.

  1. Updating or changing references is allowed in the sketching phase prior to finalization. Inform us early so no additional charges will occur.

  2. We will provide screenshots of WIPs throughout the process. You are limited to 3 major edit sessions during sketching phase. Minor adjustments at any rendering phase (including hues, painting in missing details, etc.) are allowed but you may be charged after 3 sessions. Organized lists of requests are highly encouraged. Visual guides such as editing the WIP provided is allowed within reason, with the condition of not heavily changing the artist's style.

  3. Under the artist's discretion any excess edits will have added fees to the overall cost, especially past the polished phase. We will inform you beforehand of the cost based on the approximate time and effort for each adjustment.

  4. Depending on the workload involved in the requested revision, the scheduled completion may be affected and must be considered carefully.

  5. No major changes are allowed in the finishing phase that will heavily impact the overall composition of the commissioned artwork.

  1. We reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time.

  2. The commission will be official after the upfront payment has been made, unless otherwise stipulated and agreed to by all parties.

  3. If the invoice was sent and hasn't been paid for over a week, we may cancel the commission unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay.

  4. Do not issue chargebacks. You may request a refund and cancel the commission only if we take more than 5 months without significant progress past the sketching phase.

  5. In the event of a refund or chargeback, you will forfeit your ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork/s at any phase of progress.

  6. Partial refunds will be considered if the commission has been started but unable to be completed, and you are allowed to keep the commission files sent.

  7. Any additional charges (rush fees, further edits, added assets, etc.) will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.

  1. As the artist we retain our intellectual property, including the right to be credited and publish the art in our personal portfolio and social media.

  2. As the client you have ownership of the artwork. Upon reposting your commissioned artwork, please credit accordingly by citing and linking any of the artist's relevant social media.

  3. If an NDA was agreed to, upon the publishing of the full project by the client, we as the artist will be granted the right to publicize our own work.

  1. Any information and materials exchanged between artist and client will be treated with utmost confidentiality, and not be disclosed to other parties without express written consent from the owner. These include but not limited to sensitive personal and business information.

  2. Only non-sensitive commission progress will be published on the artist's public to-do list.

We are not liable for any false information given to us.

  1. If we find that our terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted, and won’t be transacted with in the future.

  2. In the event of an unamicable project termination, including but not limited to chargebacks or any form of extortion, you will forfeit some of your rights to confidentiality. As proof of breaking our Terms of Service, we may publish the offender's relevant social media, PayPal email, and business-related exchanges (such as emails and invoices). Sensitive personal information (such as addresses) will be redacted.

  3. Current and potential clients may enquire for our services, but not harass us for commission slots and additional work beyond what was agreed upon.
